There are three different designs. The smallest is the Studio at 29sqm. The one-bedroom has sizes 31-39sqm while the largest, two-bedroom units are 40-60sqm.

There are three types of furnishing – base, fitted and furnished. Base fit-out option includes flooring, walls, sanitary ware, kitchen bench and sink. Fitted option includes fixed furnishings (wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and built-in kitchen appliances, air conditioning, etc). Furnished option includes loose furniture and amenities (beds, linen and towels, sofa, dining table and chairs, curtains, etc).
